This website and our services are directed at consumers in the Netherlands and the European Economic Area (EEA). We sell food supplements (dietary supplements) only. Products are not medicines. Our advertising and site content comply with applicable advertising standards, including Google Ads policies: no medical or drug claims are made.

3. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union (or Netherlands), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form we provide if we have made it available.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
5. Return of goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
6. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply (or may be limited) in certain cases under applicable law, for example: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. We will inform you on the product page or before purchase if any such exception applies.
7. Defective products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, you have statutory rights (e.g. repair, replacement, or refund) under applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can resolve it.
